DSCR Loans

Loan amounts of up to $3.5 million are available through this program.
You can receive a maximum cash-in-hand of $1 million, with no limit CLTV <55%. You can choose from a 30 - 40-year fixed rate a 5/6 and 7/6 ARM.
No income employment verification is required, and a DSCR as low as 0 is accepted with a minimum FICO score of 680.
Non-permanent residents and foreign nationals are eligible under this program. DSCR is available under the Foreign National Program.
You can still qualify even if you have owned a property within the past 24 months.
This program is available 1-4 units, including condotels, mixed-use, and multi-family (5-8 units). The minimum borrower contribution is 20%.
